If a feature appears unavailable, it is almost always one of two expected conditions rather than an error — the feature is working as designed:
- You've reached your monthly limit for this feature on the free plan. Upgrade for additional use.
- This feature requires a paid plan. An upgrade is needed to access it.
Included on the free plan, with no limit:
- Unlimited live bilateral-stimulation (BLS) sessions and the moving target.
- Speed (Tempo) and Ball Size.
- The first few ball colors, and black or white canvas backgrounds.
Included on the free plan, limited to once per month:
- Audio in a session. After one use, the control shows "Used this month" until the limit resets; within a session it stays on for the rest of that session.
- Soundboard (shares the same monthly limit as audio).
Requires a paid plan:
- Haptic feedback.
- Custom scripts (the free plan includes the built-in scripts only).
- Unlimited audio and soundboard.
- All ball colors and canvas backgrounds.
- Saving sessions and session history.
- Client profiles and pre/post check-ins.
