On the free plan and want the clinical features (client profiles, session history, check-ins, consent)? You upgrade in place — no second account needed.
The quickest route is the free trial — no card. Click any Start free trial prompt in the app (or open /upgrade?mode=trial), enter your license details, and click Start my free trial. The full workspace unlocks immediately for 21 days. One trial per account, ever.
When the trial ends your account simply returns to free — nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. Everything you saved during the trial stays readable; the free plan just stops saving new records.
To pay directly instead (or once your trial has been used):
- Open /upgrade.
- On Add your license to go paid, enter your license details.
- Click Continue to payment and finish checkout through Stripe.
Your account switches to the paid Solo plan after checkout completes. Your license is saved as soon as you submit the form, so if you close the payment window before finishing, you simply stay on free — reopen /upgrade to pick up where you left off.
Once you're paid, client profiles, session history, check-ins, and consent unlock.
