To create a free account:
- Click Start Free (or go to /register/therapist?plan=free).
- The sign-up has three steps. Account: your name, email, and a password. Your practice: the state where you practice (no license details needed on the free plan).
- Agree and add your card: sign the Psy180 Universal Services Agreement with the box and your typed full legal name, then click Continue to secure checkout to add a card through Stripe. Your card is saved for later. Nothing is charged unless you start the trial or upgrade.
- When checkout finishes, your free account is ready.
What the free plan includes:
- Unlimited live BLS sessions — in the room or over telehealth
- Bilateral audio — ear to ear on headphones, side to side on speakers
- Controller haptics, every color and every background
- The three built-in tones, plus 10-second previews of the full sound library
- Your scripts: keep one you choose, switch it once a month
- Pre/post check-ins, live with your client — saved to the client's record on the paid plan
- No client records stored — session history and notes are on the paid plan
- Signed BAA included at signup
- Cost: $0, forever. The card on your account is never charged on the free plan.
What needs the paid plan: saving sessions, notes and check-ins to the client's record, client profiles, follow-ups, consent, and the calendar. Pre/post check-ins run live on the free plan — they just aren't saved. Try the full plan free for 21 days. It renews at $25 per clinician per month unless you cancel before it ends.
