What Psy180 provides
- A synced visual target, true stereo audio, and game-controller haptics — alone or combined.
- One continuous tempo range (0.5–2.5 Hz, 0.1 Hz steps) with no presets named after any therapy.
- Start, stop, and timing controls for each set — no phases or sequence imposed.
- An in-session viewer for documents you upload.
What Psy180 does not provide
- Clinical protocols, scripts, or prompts.
- Training, certification, or supervision.
Therapies clinicians use it with (listed for identification only, in no particular order): EMDR, Brainspotting, the Flash Technique, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Eye Movement Integration, and other dual-attention approaches.
