The Sounds tab is the library of sounds you can play under the bilateral motion — binaural beats, isochronic tones, noise, solfeggio and tuning tones, and more. In a session, one sound plays at a time, and it moves with the target (see How bilateral audio works).
- Browse or filter the library by category or by evidence level; each preset shows its frequency and purpose.
- Pin a preset (its checkbox) to add it to the quick-access buttons in the Control Panel, or open Manage Sounds on the Session tab for a compact version.
- Picking a library track replaces the built-in tone, and picking a tone replaces the track. To layer several tracks outside a session, use the standalone Soundboard page.
The client hears whatever you select. As with all audio, the client must tap once to enable sound (see How bilateral audio works). The free plan includes the three built-in tones and a 10-second preview of every library track (the preview plays on your device only). The full library is on the paid plan and included in the 21-day trial — locked tracks show 🔒 Paid plan and stay readable, so you can still see each track's study-status label (Psy180 labels every track honestly, including where the evidence is thin) before upgrading.
