Logging in (and what to do if you can't)
How to sign in to Psy180, why you're sent to auth.psy180.com, resetting a password, and signing out.
Signing in:
- Click Sign in on the Psy180 home page.
- You'll be taken to auth.psy180.com — this is Psy180's own secure login page. Being sent there is expected; it isn't a phishing site.
- Enter your email and password, and you'll land on your dashboard.
Don't have an account yet? Pick a plan first:
- Start Free — create a free account at /register/free.
- Try the full experience — start a paid plan at /register/therapist.
After registering, come back and sign in.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot your password? link on the auth.psy180.com sign-in page. Password resets happen there, not inside Psy180.
Seeing "Invalid CSRF token" (most common on phones)? This usually means your phone reopened an old login page. You're not locked out — just go back to psy180.com and tap Sign in again to get a fresh login page. If it keeps happening, fully close the browser tab (or open psy180.com in a new tab) and sign in from there.
Signed out automatically? If you don't use Psy180 for 30 minutes, you're signed out to protect client information. You'll see a 60-second warning first — click Stay signed in to keep working. A live session keeps you signed in while the ball is running, video is connected, or the client window is in use.
Do you need an authenticator app? No. Signing in is your email and password — there is no 6-digit code and nothing to set up on your phone. An in-app notice about two-step verification went out ahead of a change we decided not to make; it has been withdrawn, and nothing about your sign-in has changed.
Signing out: use Sign out in the top navigation — it ends both your Psy180 session and your secure-login session.
