The BAA — what it is and where you sign it

What the BAA is, where you accept it, and how to view, print, or download your signed copies — and clients' consent forms.

The BAA (Business Associate Agreement) is Section 3 of the Psy180 Universal Services Agreement (currently v2.0.0). It's the agreement between Akris LLC d/b/a Psy180 (the platform) and your clinic that governs how Psy180 stores and protects your clients' health information.

Where you accept it: you agree to the Universal Services Agreement when you sign up — there's no separate BAA to chase down; it's built in.

If we update it: when the agreement version changes, you'll be asked to re-accept at /onboard/agreement before you can reach your dashboard again.

Re-reading or downloading your signed copy: click the gold Settings gear in the top-right corner, then open Agreements & Documents (/dashboard/settings/agreements). Every version you've accepted is listed there — View / Print opens the exact signed copy in your browser (use Print to save a PDF or a paper copy) and Download saves a file you can open in Word or Google Docs.

Your clients' consent forms live there too: the same page lists every consent form your clients and guardians have signed (and any still awaiting signature), giving you one clean, downloadable audit trail.

For the full terms, read the agreement itself in the app — that rendered text is the authoritative copy.

See it in the app: Settings → Agreements & Documents (/dashboard/settings/agreements)
