Will I get a reminder before my session?

You may receive a reminder before a scheduled session, if your therapist has turned reminders on for you.

• The reminder never includes your name or anything about your condition — it's just a secure link to join at session time.
• If you're a minor, the reminder goes to your parent or guardian instead of to you.

There's nothing to set up on your end — just open the secure link when your session is due.
