Turning on appointment reminders

Reminders go out automatically before a scheduled appointment — you set them up once.

• Your reminders and client reminders have separate lead times, so you can be nudged earlier than the client.
• Client reminders are per-client opt-in — you choose who gets them.
• If the client is a minor, the reminder routes to their guardian, not the minor.
• The email is neutral — no name and no condition — just a secure /view link to join at session time.

Set all of this under Settings → Account & Notifications.
