Why a consent email didn't send

What to do when a consent email doesn't arrive, and how to share the link yourself.

Sending the consent email is best-effort — and if it doesn't go out, you never lose the link.

  • When auto-email fails, the share panel shows "Email not sent — copy the message above to text/send it." Copy the full message or just the link and send it any way you like (text, your own email, and so on).
  • Consent emails are sent from support@psy180.com. If clients report nothing arriving, it's usually email-delivery setup on our side, not anything wrong with the client.
  • You can always click Resend Link to try again, and share the link manually in the meantime.
